I do this because I was that kid. The one growing up in a low
-income neighborhood, going to a school where resources were limited but hearts were big. I remember what it felt like to want more but not know where to look for it. I needed role models. I needed someone to show me it was possible. That’s why I show up now. Because the students in your classrooms today are full of potential.
They’re creators. Future business owners. Leaders. They just need someone to speak life into them before the world speaks doubt.
